Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons with foam protection. We also support customized branded packaging for registered patent holders.
Q2: What is your standard payment process?
For orders under USD 3000, 100% advance is required. For orders above USD 3000, we accept 30% T/T in advance with the 70% balance due before shipment. We provide product photos before final payment.
Q3: How long does delivery usually take?
The delivery time depends on the order quantity and items. Bulk orders typically take 25 to 50 days, while sample orders are completed within 7 to 15 days.
Q4: Can you manufacture products based on custom samples?
Yes, we can produce items according to your specific samples or technical drawings, including the creation of custom molds and fixtures.
Q5: How do you ensure product quality before delivery?
We implement a rigorous 6-step QC procedure to ensure 100% qualification of all products before they leave our facility.
Q6: Is it possible to print my logo on the LED products?
Yes. We can include your logo on the products. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our initial sample.
